How OpFlow pricing works
One run is one trigger, however many steps it has. Plans differ by how many runs a month, how many people and how much support. No overage, no surprise bill.
Automation pricing gets sneaky. Per-task meters grow as your flows get better. Per-step fees punish a careful design. Some tools lock the engine itself behind a higher tier. OpFlow keeps it to one number.
One run is one trigger
A run is one time a bot is triggered: a webhook arrives, a schedule fires, an email lands. It counts once, whether the bot has two steps or two hundred.
- Retries inside a run are free.
- Empty polls, where a trigger checks and finds nothing, do not count.
- A bot that runs every hour uses about 720 runs a month.
Every plan gets the whole engine
Free, Starter, Growth and Scale all run the same engine: every connector, branching, loops, code steps, retries, versions and run receipts. The plans differ in how much and for whom.
- Free: $0, 2,500 runs a month, 5 active bots, 1 person.
- Starter: $20 a month, 10,000 runs, unlimited bots, 3 people.
- Growth: $50 a month, 50,000 runs, 10 people, roles for who does what.
- Scale: $100 a month, 100,000 runs, 25 people, SSO, audit export, dev and prod.
- Enterprise: dedicated infrastructure and limits set with you.
Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10: $200, $500 or $1,000 a year. The limits are the same. Runs still reset on the 1st of every month.
What happens at the limit
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. At 100% new runs pause until the 1st, or until you change plans. Nothing is lost, and there is no overage and no surprise bill. You switch plans, or between monthly and yearly, yourself in Settings, any time.
You should pay for how much the engine runs, not for how clever the flow is.
AI steps are runs like any other. If you connect your own AI key, the tokens bill to you at your provider's price. The assistant has its own monthly message allowance per person on each plan.
